Billing:

Minimum charge of 1 hour.  All work is billed in 15 minute increments.  Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  Billing questions can be emailed to billing@hilkerscomputerrepair.com or call (618) 937-8557.  You will receive a response within 24 hours.
 Payments:

We accept cash, checks, money orders, credit cards through PayPal and using Square for smartphones.  Regular PayPal payments using payments@hilkerscomputerrepair.com are also accepted.

A $30.00 fee will be charged for each returned check.

Invoices showing payments received will be emailed, mailed, or faxed to you based on your preference.
